Clearing a wagering requirement releases a bonus balance for withdrawal, but that is not always the end of the condition. Many promotions additionally cap how much of the winnings derived from that bonus can be cashed out — as a fixed peso figure, or as a multiple of the bonus amount. Any balance built from that bonus above the stated ceiling is void at the point of withdrawal, even though it was legitimately won and even though the wagering requirement was fully met.

A worked example

To see the mechanism with a hypothetical figure only: if a promotion states a maximum cashout of 5x the bonus, and the bonus credited was ₱200, the withdrawable ceiling from that bonus’s winnings is ₱1,000. A balance of ₱4,000 built from that same ₱200 bonus would be reduced to ₱1,000 on withdrawal, with the remainder void under the terms. Whether a cap applies at all, and what multiple or figure it uses, is set per promotion — it must be read in that promotion’s own terms and is not a number that holds across operators.

Using it in practice
